Returns

You can return the products you purchased from our online store within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the shipment. Please include a filled-out statement of withdrawal from the contract with the package and send it to the following address:

Exchanges

We do not offer the possibility of product exchanges. Items sold by us quickly disappear from our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee that a particular product will be available when you wish to exchange it.

Complaints

We take great care to ensure that our garments are of the highest quality. However, if the product you purchased has a defect, you can always file a complaint.

Send your complaint along with photos of the defect to the email: e-lamania@lamania.eu . In response to your email notification, we will dispatch a return label for parcel retrieval. Please include a completed complaint form with the package. Upon receipt of the claimed goods at our facility, they will be forwarded to our technical department for the complaint resolution process.
